A weekend afternoon with sun. A rare event the last few months. Even with temps below 30 degrees, the brilliance beckons. A magnet of sorts. And we bundle and succumb to its powers. Healing effects? Possibly.
When the world is gray most of the time, suddenly leaping into technicolor rejuvenates and recharges. The day itself is a gift and my love joined me for a walk in the woods down to the next village. Savoring the moments. As we wait for some word about our time here, we take in scenery. Still amazed we are even here, giving the children the world.
Our perspectives have changed in our time here. A much larger world shrinks us as individuals, and grows Him as the Creator.
